Double British Champion!
Nush has just finished a fantastic weekend at the 2010 British Championships. Yesterday's all-around competition saw Danusia claim the bronze behind Liverpool's Hannah Whelan and friend/team mate Nicole Hibbertt, but today Nush was the most successful gymnast, winning TWO gold medals, on beam and floor! After a bad run of luck with injuries this was just what Nush needed to prove she's BACK!

Danusia has sent in a new "D's Thoughts" - check it out!
 CONGRATULATIONS DANUSIA - 2010 SENIOR ENGLISH CHAMPION!
Yesterday Danusia competed in her first competition as a Senior! Held in a new venue in Leicester, the English Championships acted one of the first trials for the European Championships at the end of April. Danusia had a great day and was crowned 2010 Senior English Champion - not a bad result for her first competition as a senior! She also debuted an elegant new floro routine which was a hit with the crowd. This puts Danusia in a good position to make the European Team. Well done, Danusia!!!

Danusia has sent in a brand new "D's Thoughts" all about her year so far, including her trip to Worlds, oh and the fact that she's in LOS ANGELES right now. We're not jealous!! No, not much! ;-)

Danusia has been in Finland as part of the British team at the 2009 European Youth Olympic Festival. Along with team mates Nicole Hibbertt and Jenni Pinches, the GB girls placed 5th! Well done!

Congratulations to Danusia and her Heathrow team mates for their silver medal at yesterday's British Team Championships. The team battled Liverpool for the title and were ahead all the way to Liverpool's last routine. Danusia was the 3rd highest individual scorer in the whole competition! What a great weekend for Nush and Heathrow!

Nush proved that her injuries are well and truly history by winning 3 more medals in the event finals of GB vs Romania! Danusia did not compete vault, won silver on bars, gold on beam and bronze on floor. That wrapped up a very successful weekend for Danusia over in Northern Ireland! Well done!

WELL DONE DANUSIA!!! Yesterday Danusia claimed the AA title at the GBR vs Romania friendly competition in Northern Ireland, and lead the team to victory! GB scored 160.25 compared to Romania's 157.40. IG online are featuring the full news and results, you can read it here. Last weekend Danusia had a successful competition in Jesolo, Italy where she helped Team GB place 3rd, and was 5th AA. Looks like 2009 has got off to an excellent start for Nush!

Danusia has made an excellent montage with photos from her trip to Australia. Check it out on the videos page! A new avatar was also added. Danusia is a really busy gymnast in the coming weeks. This weekend she flies off to Italy for a team competition against Italy, Romania, China and Brazil! The the following weekend, 21st/22nd March Danusia is off to Northern Ireland to compete in a Junior friendly against Romania. Good luck Danusia, we know you will do GREAT!!

Excellent news from Australia - Danusia has picked up 2 more medals, a bronze on beam and silver on floor! This brings the competition to a close, and Danusia will return home soon with 3 medals! Congratulations Danusia, what an excellent start to 2009!

Danusia is in Australia for the Australian Youth Olympic Festival. Along with Nicole Hibbert, Jennifer Pinches and Nicole Watson, Danusia won a bronze medal in the team event, and placed 6th AA! Well done, Danusia. We're hoping that we'll have some photos up soon.

Danusia did extremely well this weekend at the British Championships! She finished 2nd AA behind team mate Nicole Hibbert. Today during the apparatus finals, D placed 2nd on bars, 4th on beam and 2nd on floor. Congratulations D!! Results page has been updated. Pictures and videos will be coming soon.

Danusia helped her team, Heathrow A, win the bronze medal yesterday at the British Team Championships. Full results, scores and photos will be coming very soon. Well Done, Danusia!

Danusia competed this past weekend at the European Championships in Clermont-Ferrand, France. The GB junior team placed 6th during the team competition. Danusia scored 13.475 on beam, 13.725 on floor, 13.6 on vault, and 14.150 on bars. Danusia placed 17th overall with a 54.95. One new video from the competition has been added.

2ND AA AT GB VS FRANCE!
Today at the Blackpool, Danusia placed 2nd in the all-around behind France's Youna Dufournet in the junior competition. Francis was solid on all four events and helped lead the GB team to win the dual meet against France, 219.650-216.050! To view the full results from the competition, click here. Good job D!
